  • Pre Care
    • Avoid Blood Thinners: Skip alcohol, aspirin, ibuprofen, and supplements such as ginseng and ginko 24-48 hours before your appointment to reduce bruising.
    • Stay Hydrated: Drink water and eat a meal before your treatment for added comfort.
    • Plan Ahead: Schedule your appointment at least two weeks before any major events. Remember - Collagen stimulators take time to reach peak collagen effect and are best when included in an appropriate series or treatment plan. Typically requiring four to six months for optimal results.
  • Post Care- Sculptra
    • 5-5-5 - Massage treated areas five times a day, for five minutes each massage, for five days. This ensures that the Sculptra particle is evenly disbursed throughout the skin and allows our collagen to form evenly, preventing nodules.
    • No Makeup or Skincare Products: Skip makeup and active skincare (e.g., retinoids or exfoliants) for 24 hours post-treatment.
