Cancellation and Deposit Retention

  • Cancellation Notice: If you need to cancel your appointment, we kindly request a minimum of 48 hours' notice. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.
  • Deposit Policy: A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied to the total cost of your treatment.
  • Late Cancellations: If you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours' notice, your deposit will be retained. This policy ensures we can fairly compensate our team and account for the reserved time.

No-Show Policy

  • Missed Appointments: Failure to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
