Cancellation Policy


At Aster Aesthetics, we value your time and are committed to providing exceptional service. To maintain fairness and ensure availability for all clients, we have established the following policy regarding cancellations:

Cancellation and Deposit Retention

  • Cancellation Notice: Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled with a minimum of 48 business hours’ notice. Business hours are defined as Monday–Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.
  • Deposit Policy: A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied to the total cost of your treatment. If a treatment or service is not completed within 90 days of your consultation, the deposit will be converted to a consultation fee to reflect the time and resources reserved for your visit.
  • Late Cancellations: If you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours' notice, your deposit will be retained. This policy ensures we can fairly compensate our team and account for the reserved time.

No-Show Policy

  • Missed Appointments: If you do not attend your scheduled appointment and fail to provide notice your deposit will be retained, or a $50 no-show fee will be charged.
